Nylve for Schools
Help learners better understand themselves and help your school better understand what they need.
Nylve combines foundational career learning, personalized reflection, and school-level insight so learners can make more informed decisions and schools can make more intentional choices about the opportunities they provide.
One Experience. Two Levels of Value.
For the Individual
Build career knowledge, better understand interests and experience, and leave with a clearer way to think about what may come next.
For the School
See patterns across learner interests and experience to better inform programming, engagement opportunities, and future investments.
Why Nylve for Schools
Your school may already have the opportunities. Nylve helps learners understand how to use them.
Schools invest in programs, clubs, pathways, enrichment, counseling, internships, and other opportunities because exposure matters.
But exposure is most useful when learners can connect those experiences to what they are learning about themselves and the wider career world.
Create context.
Give learners a simple structure for understanding careers, skills, opportunity, and growth.
Encourage exploration.
Help learners recognize that clubs, classes, projects, internships, and other experiences can all teach them something about what fits.
Improve conversations.
Give learners stronger language for talking with counselors, educators, mentors, and families about what they may want to explore.
See the bigger picture.
Give schools aggregate insight into where interests and experience are showing up across the learner population.
What Schools Receive
A connected experience for learners — and useful information for the school.
The program is designed so the individual experience and the school-level insight reinforce one another.
The Nylve Workshop
Foundational Learning
Learners build a simple, structured understanding of how careers evolve, how skills develop, how employers evaluate potential, and how experiences can create future opportunities.
Build the foundation.
The Katai Profile
Personalized Reflection
Learners reflect on their interests and experience across the six Katai skill areas and receive a personalized profile they can use to think more intentionally about what they may want to explore.
Make it personal.
The School Dashboard
School-Level Insight
Schools can view patterns across participating learners to better understand where interests are concentrated, where experience may already exist, and where learners may need more exposure.
See the patterns.
School-Level Insight
Move from “What should we offer?” to “What are our learners showing us?”
The school dashboard is designed to help educators look beyond individual profiles and identify broader patterns across the learners who complete the Nylve Experience.
That information can become another input when schools are considering how to strengthen engagement, expand exposure, or prioritize future programming.
Example School View
What patterns are showing up?
Interest Patterns
Which Katai areas are showing the strongest interest across participating learners?
Experience Patterns
Where do learners already have meaningful exposure or experience?
Exposure Opportunities
Which areas show interest but comparatively limited experience?
Programming Questions
What existing or future opportunities could help learners test, strengthen, or expand those areas?
From Insight to Action
Use learner insight to strengthen the opportunities around them.
Nylve does not decide what a school should offer. It gives educators another source of information they can use when asking what learners may need more access to, exposure to, or opportunities to develop.
Clubs & Activities
Consider whether current extracurricular options reflect the range of learner interests showing up across the school.
Programs & Pathways
Use patterns as one input when thinking about CTE pathways, enrichment programs, electives, and other structured experiences.
Work-Based Learning
Identify areas where internships, career exposure, employer partnerships, or project-based experiences may add value.
Community Partnerships
Explore outside organizations and partners that can expand exposure in areas learners may not currently experience in school.
Designed to Complement
Nylve is not another pathway learners have to choose.
It is designed to help learners navigate the pathways, programs, people, and experiences already available to them with greater context and intention.
The goal is not to replace what schools already provide.
It is to help learners better understand why those opportunities matter and how they can use them to learn more about themselves and their future.
Flexible Delivery
One program. Two ways to deliver it.
Delivery can be adapted to the school schedule while maintaining the same foundational learning experience.
Single Experience
3 HoursComplete the workshop in one session.
Learners move through all four foundational learning areas in one concentrated experience.
Katai Profile completion can be scheduled separately based on cohort size and computer access.
Multi-Session Experience
4 SessionsSpread the experience across multiple sessions.
The learning is divided across four sessions so learners have additional time to process and apply what they are learning.
Sessions are approximately one hour, with additional time available when Katai Profile completion is incorporated.
What Nylve Helps Schools Do
Build a learning environment that is more informed by the people it is designed to serve.
Nylve gives schools another layer of insight they can use to strengthen the learner experience. By understanding what learners are interested in, where they already have experience, and where exposure may be limited, schools can make more intentional decisions about the programs, activities, partnerships, and opportunities they provide.
Strengthen Career Readiness
Create an environment where learners are not only exposed to career information, but are given a structure for understanding how careers work and how their own experiences connect to future possibilities.
Better Understand Your Learners
See broader patterns in learner interests and experience so educators have a clearer picture of what is resonating across the school community.
Make More Informed Programming Decisions
Use learner-level and aggregate insight as another input when deciding which clubs, electives, pathways, enrichment opportunities, and experiences may be worth maintaining, expanding, or introducing.
Build a Stronger Case for Investment
Connect programming decisions to what learners are actually showing through the assessment, creating a stronger story for why particular opportunities, partnerships, or resources matter.
Identify Gaps in Exposure
See where learners show interest but have comparatively little experience, helping the school recognize areas where additional access, programming, or partnerships may be valuable.
Create a More Compelling Student Experience
Use what you learn to shape a school environment where students can see more ways to explore their interests, build experience, and understand how the opportunities around them connect to their future.
